At Electrolux Group, we believe in delivering outstanding experiences that improve everyday life. As a D2C E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital consumer journey, driving online sales, and enhancing the performance of our branded websites.
Working closely with the D2C Sales Manager, you’ll identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and implement improvements that optimize the customer journey and boost conversion rates. This is a hands-on role where your insights and actions will directly impact our commercial success.
You will report to the D2C Manager, Commercial Area UK&Ireland.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover customer behaviors and conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals
- Manage affiliate marketing and sales performance and work closely with central team to grow the network
- Optimize product merchandising to increase visibility and drive sales
- Enhance the path to purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience
- Partner with the CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX improvements
- Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
- Lead and support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in consumer goods or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of sales processes and digital merchandising
- Solid technical grasp of e-commerce platforms and environments
- Experience with GA4, ContentSquare, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing
- Fluent in business English; a second European language is a plus
- Degree-level education is desirable
