Driving D365 adoption through learning, capability and business transformation

The D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant will be responsible for leading the learning and adoption strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Sales organisation, ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence and support to embed new ways of working into their day-to-day roles. Acting as the subject matter expert for D365 capability, you will work closely with Learning & Development, IT, Sales Enablement and business stakeholders to integrate D365 learning into onboarding, sales academies, leadership development and wider capability programmes, driving long-term adoption and business success.

As a D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and delivering the D365 learning and adoption strategy aligned to Sales objectives, business transformation and growth ambitions
  • Leading D365 capability and adoption as the L&D subject matter expert, developing learning solutions that drive confident system usage and behaviour change
  • Partnering with Sales, IT, Sales Enablement and programme stakeholders to embed D365 learning across onboarding, academies, leadership development and capability pathways
  • Creating and evolving blended learning programmes, adoption campaigns, manager toolkits and performance support resources to maximise engagement and long-term adoption
  • Measuring adoption impact using feedback, performance data and business insights, providing recommendations that enhance capability, productivity and business outcomes

We'd love you to have

  • Experience designing and delivering learning solutions that support large-scale change, business transformation and enterprise system adoption, ideally within Dynamics 365 environments is desirable
  • Strong expertise in learning design, content creation and facilitation, utilising blended learning approaches including digital learning, workshops, coaching, manager support and in-role guidance
  • Proven ability to engage and upskill Sales and Sales Support teams, translating complex processes into practical, user-friendly learning experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across multiple teams and leadership levels
  • Curious, proactive and focused on continuous improvement, with experience leveraging digital adoption platforms (e.g. Whatfix, FollowMe) and relevant professional certifications (e.g. PROSCI, CIPD or Instructional Design) being advantageous.
