D365 Senior Business Central Developer | Hybrid | £50,000 - £70,000

I’m currently working with an established Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Partner with 19+ years of experience delivering NAV and Business Central solutions to clients ranging from growing SMEs to large multinational organisations.

They’re looking to add an experienced D365 Business Central Developer to their technical team, with opportunities available at both Senior and Mid-Level.

THE ROLE:

You’ll work closely with Functional Consultants and clients to design, develop and maintain Business Central solutions, covering customisations, extensions, integrations and technical implementations.

The role will involve:

  • Developing D365 Business Central customisations and extensions using AL
  • Working with legacy NAV/C/AL environments
  • Producing technical designs and translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Building integrations using APIs and web services
  • Supporting upgrades, migrations and new functionality
  • Troubleshooting technical issues across multiple environments
  • Following BC development, source control, testing and DevOps best practices
  • Supporting and mentoring junior developers where appropriate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
