The role
I am actively recruiting on behalf of a well-established service sector organisation in Leicestershire who are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Analyst into their growing IT and Systems team. The role will involve supporting my client's business-critical D365 BC environment day to day, whilst working on projects to continuously improve/ enhance its utilisation across the company.
The role provides an excellent platform to build on prior experience in D365 Business Central support in a collaborative, expansive environment, and with a pipeline of innovative transformation projects to get involved with.
The role is primarily based from modern Leicestershire offices, with the opportunity for occasional hybrid working, and potential travel to other company sites as required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/ 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users across the business.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day ERP system issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Support finance, sales, and operational teams in their use of the ERP system.
- Assist with user training, process documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and support minor configuration changes and improvements.
- Work alongside IT, business stakeholders, and third-party partners on system enhancements and project delivery.
- Contribute to testing and user acceptance activities for new functionality and system upgrades.
- Ensure support tickets are managed effectively and resolved within agreed service levels.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Dynamics NAV in an end-user or support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve first-line support issues.
- Good understanding of ERP processes across finance, supply chain, inventory management, or manufacturing.
- Experience working with business users in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-focused organisation would be advantageous.
