D365 BC Project Manager Team Leader – £65,000–£70,000 – Remote

THE COMPANY:

An established Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to expand its Dynamics 365 delivery team following continued project growth and customer demand. With a strong reputation for delivering Microsoft Business Central solutions across a range of industries, the business works with organisations throughout the UK and internationally. Known for its collaborative culture and people-first approach, it offers consultants the opportunity to work on a variety of complex ERP projects while benefiting from a supportive environment, ongoing development, and genuine career progression.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Project Manager Team Leader to lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 75% focused on project delivery and 25% dedicated to mentoring and supporting a small team of Project Managers. You'll manage multiple projects while ensuring customers receive an exceptional delivery experience from initiation through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Create, maintain, and manage project plans throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with consultants, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support, mentor, and develop a small team of Project Managers
  • Promote best practice across project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

THE CANDIDATE:

We're looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who has delivered Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects within a Microsoft Partner environment.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central implementation projects
  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner
  • Strong project planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to lead projects independently while supporting and mentoring colleagues
  • Proactive, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced consultancy environment
