My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner experience to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a partner-side role, so previous experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner is essential. They are looking for someone who understands the delivery of Business Central projects for customers and can take ownership from project initiation through to successful go-live.
As Project Manager, you will manage Business Central implementation and upgrade projects, coordinating functional and technical teams, managing customer relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
You will work closely with Business Central functional consultants, developers, technical teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, budgets and delivery
- Manage multiple Business Central projects and customers simultaneously
- Coordinate functional consultants, developers, technical consultants and third-party teams
- Act as the main project contact for customers and stakeholders
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Run project meetings, steering meetings and regular status updates
- Monitor project progress, resources and commercial performance
- Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed statements of work and deliverables
- Coordinate UAT, training, data migration, cutover and go-live activities
- Identify potential delivery issues early and implement appropriate mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support successful handover into support and managed services following go-live

Essential Experience
Business Central Partner experience is a must.
You will need:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner
- Strong understanding of the Business Central implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live
- Experience working directly with Business Central customers
- Experience coordinating Business Central functional and technical consultants
- Strong understanding of project scope, budgets, resources and timelines
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Highly Desirable
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification
- Previous Dynamics NAV experience
- Experience managing complex or multi-country Business Central implementations
- Experience with data migration, integrations and third-party solutions
- Agile / hybrid project management experience
- PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualification
