The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership of Business Central projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, working closely with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
You'll:
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and requirements gathering activities
- Analyse and document business processes, translating requirements into effective functional solutions
- Create functional design specifications and support development teams during delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practice and solution optimisation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple engagements
- Manage project communications with stakeholders at all levels
- Support project governance by monitoring scope, risks, budgets and delivery outcomes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants within the practice
- Collaborate with support, development and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Drive user adoption through training, knowledge transfer and change support activities
- Champion the Littlefish Group and Microsoft Business Applications portfolio with professionalism and expertise

We need a candidate with:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV environments
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they are enabled through Business Central solutions
- Proven experience delivering successful ERP implementation projects from discovery through to go-live
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Strong functional design and documentation skills
- Client-facing consulting experience with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project budget considerations
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a desire to deliver outstanding outcomes
If you bring this, you’ll stand out:
- Experience with industry-specific Business Central solutions such as 4PS
- Experience within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution or project-based environments
- Exposure to complex, multi-entity Business Central implementations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem technologies and Microsoft 365
- Experience mentoring, coaching or leading junior consultants
- Consultancy or business transformation experience beyond ERP delivery
