Business Analyst – D365 CRM Migration & Charging Platform

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Customer Excellence transformation programme, supporting the migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the delivery of a new Charging & Billing platform built on Microsoft Power Platform.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile transformation programme, helping to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and data quality across a complex business environment.

The Role

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data specialists to gather requirements, map processes, support system migration activities, and ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions.

The role will focus on:

  • Salesforce to D365 CRM migration
  • Charging & Billing platform implementation
  • Data migration, mapping, and governance
  • Business process improvement
  • Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
  • Agile delivery and testing support

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder requirement sessions
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Analyse current Salesforce processes, workflows, and data structures
  • Support the design of future-state processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Define data mapping requirements and transformation rules
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Support the implementation of a Charging & Billing platform using Power Platform
  • Document data flows, lineage, ownership, and integration requirements
  • Support SIT, UAT, business validation, and change adoption activities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven Business Analyst experience within digital transformation or system migration programmes
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience supporting CRM migration or transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of data migration, data mapping, and data quality principles
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Desirable Experience

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Charging, billing, invoicing, revenue, or financial processes
  • Utilities, energy, or other regulated industries
  • Data governance and data quality initiatives
  • Azure or enterprise data platforms
  • BCS Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform certifications
