An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced D365 Business Central / D365 CE Account Manager to join a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner based in Brighton.
This is a commercially focused role for an Account Manager with a strong track record in new business development, who is confident identifying opportunities, opening doors with new customers and taking sales through to successful close.
You’ll combine your understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem with strong commercial and relationship-building skills to win new customers and develop existing relationships.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving new business across D365 Business Central and/or D365 CE, identifying target organisations, developing relationships with key decision-makers and creating opportunities for the wider consulting and technical teams. This is very much a new business / hunter-focused position, so you'll need to be proactive, commercially driven and comfortable generating your own pipeline. You'll engage with senior stakeholders across prospective customers, including CFOs, Finance Directors, CIOs, IT Directors, CEOs and other business leaders, understanding their challenges and positioning the appropriate D365 solution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
