D365 Business Central & D365 CE Project Manager | Up to £80K + Benefits

South of England | Hybrid/Remote with Customer Travel

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced D365 Business Central & D365 CE Project Manager to join a successful and growing Microsoft Dynamics partner.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has previous experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics partner and understands the demands of delivering multiple customer projects within a consultancy environment.

You will take ownership of D365 projects from initiation through to successful delivery, working closely with customers, consultants, developers and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of D365 Business Central and D365 CE projects, acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal delivery teams.

You'll need to be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience of working within a partner environment is essential, as you'll understand the challenges of balancing customer expectations, project scope, resources and commercial considerations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage D365 Business Central and D365 CE projects from initiation through to completion
  • Own project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • Coordinate functional consultants, developers, technical teams and third parties
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
  • Monitor project financial performance and budgets
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear and regular reporting
  • Manage customer expectations and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks
  • Work closely with senior management to resolve project challenges
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and methodologies

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a Microsoft Dynamics partner
  • Experience managing D365 Business Central and/or D365 CE projects
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing project budgets, scope, risks and resources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A structured, proactive and commercially aware approach
  • The confidence to manage challenging situations and customer expectations

Location & Package

  • Location: South of England
  • Working: Hybrid/Remote, with travel to customers as required
  • Salary: Up to £80,000 + Benefits
