D365 Business Central Executive Account Manager | Up to £100K + Benefits

Remote UK | Travel as Required

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced D365 Business Central Executive Account Manager to join a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner.

This is a senior-level position for someone who combines strong D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV experience with the commercial and relationship-building skills to operate confidently at C-suite level. You will manage strategic, high-value customer relationships and play a key role in helping organisations successfully navigate their Dynamics NAV → D365 Business Central upgrade journey.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of strategic customer accounts, developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support customers with their Business Central transformation. The role involves working with complex projects and programmes valued at £500K+, so you'll need to be comfortable managing significant commercial relationships, multiple stakeholders and lengthy decision-making processes. You'll regularly engage with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, Finance Directors and other senior business executives, acting as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic D365 Business Central customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business stakeholders
  • Help customers navigate their NAV to D365 Business Central upgrade/migration
  • Manage relationships around £500K+ projects and programmes
  • Identify account growth, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop long-term account strategies and customer plans
  • Lead executive-level meetings, account reviews and commercial discussions
  • Work closely with Consulting, Pre-Sales, Project Management and Technical teams
  • Understand customers' business challenges and align them with D365 BC solutions
  • Support complex proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention and long-term account growth

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong D365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV experience
  • Proven experience helping customers upgrade from Dynamics NAV to D365 Business Central
  • Experience managing £500K+ projects/programmes
  • A strong track record in strategic account management, customer success or senior consulting
  • The confidence, credibility and gravitas to engage with C-suite and senior executives
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within the Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central partner ecosystem
  • The ability to understand both the business and technical aspects of Business Central

Location & Package

  • Location: Fully remote anywhere in the UK
  • Travel: Must be comfortable travelling to customers, meetings and events as required
  • Salary: Up to £100,000 + Benefits
