We’re currently looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Finance Consultant to join a project on a 3–6 month contract.
Location: Hybrid – Birmingham (2 days per week on-site)
Rate: £500–£550 per day
Duration: 3–6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing development of D365 Business Central Finance.
- Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BC solutions.
- Configure and enhance Finance & Accounting functionality within Business Central.
- Support integrations, data migration, testing and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance and best practice across finance processes and Business Central functionality.
- Assist with UAT, training and go-live activities where required.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams, project managers and key business users.

Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Solid functional knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Previous experience working as a D365 BC Finance Consultant / Functional Consultant.
- Experience with implementations, upgrades or optimisation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Birmingham a couple of days per week.
