D365 Business Central/ LS Retail Support Consultant
Job Description
I am actively seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Business Central support professional, with skills in LS Retail technology, for a brilliant new role with a leading Microsoft Partner. The role will involve the successful candidate playing a key part in the day to day support of my clients global retail clients; across the BC and LS Retail platforms.
If you have experience supporting LS Retail/ supporting Business Central in a retail environment, and looking to build on your experience on fresh projects, this could be the role for you.

- Daily 1st/ 2nd line user support of D365 Business Central/ LS Retail systems
- Analysing/ troubleshooting system issues, providing exceptional customer service
- Involved in system process improvement projects, supporting new releases
- Supporting roll out of new enhancements - monitoring UAT, providing adhoc user training
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central systems on 2nd/ 3rd line basis
- LS Retail/ LS One add on/ functionality experience
- Strengths in troubleshooting system issues, analysing requirements, training on new functionality
- Excellent communication/ user & stakeholder engagement skills
