We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner for an experienced D365 Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong Business Central knowledge with commercial and customer-facing skills, and who enjoys helping organisations understand how technology can solve their business challenges.
You’ll play a key role throughout the pre-sales process, working closely with prospective customers, sales teams and technical consultants to understand requirements, shape solutions and demonstrate the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You’ll be involved in everything from early-stage discovery through to solution design, demonstrations and supporting the sales team through to successful contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support D365 Business Central pre-sales engagements from initial discovery through to proposal.
- Work with prospective customers to understand their business processes, challenges and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into compelling Business Central solutions.
- Deliver engaging Business Central demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Develop solution concepts, estimates, proposals and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with sales, functional and technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Participate in discovery workshops and customer presentations.
- Support the preparation of Statements of Work and project estimates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, clearly communicating the benefits and capabilities of Business Central.
- Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

About You
We're looking for someone with solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally with previous experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting or customer-facing consultancy role.

You'll need:
- Strong knowledge of D365 Business Central.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting or senior functional consulting position.
- The ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Experience delivering customer-facing presentations and demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercially minded approach and confidence working alongside sales teams.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations and business processes.
