Are you an experienced D365 Business Central Project Manager looking for your next step into a leadership role?
We are working with a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner that is looking for a D365 Business Central Project Management Team Lead to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery but is also ready to take on greater responsibility for leading and supporting a project management team. The role will be approximately 70% project delivery and 30% people and team management, making it ideal for an experienced Business Central Project Manager who wants to develop their leadership career without moving completely away from client-facing project delivery.
The Role
As D365 Business Central Project Management Team Lead, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of Business Central implementation and transformation projects, while also supporting, mentoring and managing a team of Project Managers. You will work closely with customers, consultants, technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
