My client is a well established Microsoft Partner looking to expand its Managed Services team by adding a motivated and customer-focused Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV Support Consultant.

In this position, you will provide ongoing support to a diverse customer base, helping organisations get the most from their ERP systems. The role centres around delivering 1st and 2nd line support, investigating and resolving system issues, and ensuring customers receive a first-class support experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with existing Dynamics NAV or Business Central support experience who is looking to develop their skills further within a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth, Microsoft certifications, and long-term career progression.

Key Duties

  • Act as a point of contact for customer support requests relating to Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve 1st and 2nd line support issues.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality, performance concerns, and minor application defects.
  • Assist project teams with support-related analysis during new ERP implementation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional, responsive support.
  • Ensure support tickets are managed effectively and resolved in line with service expectations.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
  • A proven ability to investigate and resolve issues at a 2nd line support level.
  • Practical knowledge of Business Central/NAV finance functionality and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • A broad understanding of ERP processes and system modules.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence working directly with end users and customers.

Working Arrangements

The company offers a flexible working environment. Candidates who are within commuting distance of the office are encouraged to work on a hybrid basis, typically attending 1–2 days per week. However, fully remote working can also be considered.
