Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Project Manager
An experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Project Manager is required to lead a key workstream within a wider Business Central transformation programme.
The role will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a bespoke field service application, replacing an existing Construction Manager solution and integrating into Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone comfortable managing the project while also producing the documentation, running workshops and driving migration, testing and go-live activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the project lifecycle from requirements and solution design through build, testing, migration, go-live and BAU handover
- Manage the field service application workstream as part of the wider D365 Business Central ERP programme
- Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, requirements, process maps, test plans and cutover/go-live documentation
- Lead data mapping and migration from the existing Construction Manager platform
- Coordinate integration requirements between the new application and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manage operational, IT, field-user, third-party development and programme stakeholders
- Lead requirements workshops, project meetings and face-to-face working sessions
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies and project reporting
- Coordinate UAT, training, change management and user readiness

Essential Experience
- Strong ERP project management experience, ideally within Dynamics 365 Business Central programmes
- Proven delivery of field service, job management, construction or similar operational applications
- Good working knowledge of D365 Business Central, particularly integrations with surrounding applications
- Strong experience of data mapping, migration and system implementation
- Experience managing third-party developers or implementation partners
- Excellent stakeholder management across operational and senior leadership teams
- Ability to personally produce detailed project documentation and drive delivery without relying on a large PMO/support structure

Desirable
- Previous experience with Construction Manager or a comparable platform
- Experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, facilities management or field-service environments
- Experience working within a wider ERP transformation programme
- Understanding of bespoke and/or low-code application development lifecycles
This role would suit a hands-on D365 Business Central Project Manager who can bridge ERP, operational field-service processes, integrations and data migration while taking complete ownership of delivery.
