D365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant

Manchester (Mostly Remote) | £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business systems and drive continuous improvement? We're working with a well-established organisation that has invested heavily in Microsoft technology and is looking to strengthen its internal applications team with an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing functional support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvements
  • Analysing and optimising existing processes and system functionality
  • Supporting upgrades, configurations and integrations with third-party applications
  • Gathering requirements and producing functional specifications
  • Supporting project delivery and system change initiatives
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity and security across business systems
  • Keeping up to date with new Business Central functionality and technologies

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Good understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience working across implementations, upgrades, migrations or continuous improvement projects
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or AL development would be highly beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Experience working within an end-user environment is advantageous
