We’re looking for an experienced D365 CE Consultant to join a UK-based project on an initial 3–6 month contract, with the potential for extension.
You’ll be working across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, helping deliver and support solutions within a complex business environment.
We’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Previous experience working on D365 CE implementations or transformation projects
- Contact Centre experience is highly desirable
- Field Service experience would also be advantageous
- Strong understanding of CE processes, configuration, and solution delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment
