D365 CE Functional Consultant (Project Operations)
Location: Hybrid / Remote UK
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
We're supporting a growing organisation that is investing heavily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and looking to appoint an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to play a key role in the evolution of their CRM and project delivery platforms.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative internal team where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver enhancements, optimise processes, and maximise the value of the Dynamics 365 estate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Act as the Functional SME for the Project Operations module.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
- Work alongside technical teams, partners, and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions.
- Support testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to leverage the wider Microsoft platform.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
- Hands-on experience delivering and supporting D365 Project Operations.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to document requirements and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and solution design.

- Experience with D365 Field Service.
- Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working within an end-user environment.
- Exposure to integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem.
