The Role:

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects, helping clients achieve their objectives through successful technology adoption and business change. Working within a technology consulting team, you will support the delivery of innovative business solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure services. You will collaborate with both technical and client stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable value. You will also work closely with technology and design teams to support client projects, identify future challenges and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience working as a Functional Consultant across multiple industry sectors.
  • Current professional certifications, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering maximum value for clients.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and functional discovery workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution recommendations.
  • Advise clients on process improvements and technology-enabled transformation opportunities based on industry best practices.
  • Act as the primary functional contact within your assigned workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including design, documentation, testing, training, and support.
  • Contribute to client technology strategies and roadmaps, identifying opportunities to maximise the value of Microsoft technologies.
  • Work closely with development teams to communicate solution requirements and support successful delivery.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet agreed business requirements.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, workshop outputs, business process maps, and functional design documents.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer activities and support client adoption of new solutions.
  • Deliver user training sessions and develop supporting training materials.
