About the Role
This is a hands-on technical role focused on the development, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a complex enterprise environment. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to ensure systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Supporting and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Providing technical design and development expertise
- Investigating and resolving complex technical issues
- Working with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Supporting APIs and system integrations
- Working with stakeholders and third-party suppliers on technical requirements and solutions
- Monitoring system performance, availability, security and service levels
- Managing incidents, problems and support requests
- Producing technical documentation and support procedures
- Contributing to technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing technical guidance across the wider Microsoft ecosystem

What We're Looking For:
- Strong commercial experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience working with complex or enterprise-scale IT systems
- Strong understanding of Power Platform / Dataverse
- Experience investigating and resolving technical issues
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Experience producing technical documentation and support procedures
- Ability to contribute to technical projects and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Package
- 💰 Up to £45,000
- 📄 Fixed-term contract
- 🏠 Hybrid – approximately 1 day onsite per month
- 🌴 35 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 🎄 Christmas shutdown
