Senior Product Owner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a business undergoing a significant digital transformation programme centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and customer-facing digital platforms.
This role will take ownership of a business-critical D365 CE environment, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, shaping the roadmap, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll play a key role in driving the evolution of CRM capabilities, customer journeys, and digital experiences while helping to establish best practice product ownership and Agile ways of working.
Essential Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders
- Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements
- Demonstrable ownership of product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Experience working closely with development teams to deliver business-critical solutions
- A track record of driving platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to go-live and adoption

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the D365 CE product roadmap and backlog
- Work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand strategic priorities
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product deliverables
- Collaborate with development, testing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritisation activities
- Drive user adoption and continuous platform improvement
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Act as the product SME for CRM and customer-facing digital platforms

Salary & Benefits
- Up to £85,000 basic salary
