Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations Lead
£60,000–£70,000 | Home Based | Permanent
Nigel Frank International is working with a client to recruit a Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations Lead.
This is a key role within a wider Dynamics team, supporting and developing a recently implemented D365 CE environment across the business. You will take ownership of the Project Operations area while working across Field Service, Sales and wider CE applications, supporting future migrations and solution delivery across multiple business units.
The role
- Build, extend and support Dynamics 365 CE applications, including integrations and data flows.
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical D365 solutions.
- Support future D365 CE migrations and deployments across the wider business.
- Work with internal teams and external support partners on enhancements, change requests and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot system and end-user issues, ensuring solutions remain aligned with Microsoft releases and business needs.
- Lead testing, regression testing, documentation and Train the Trainer activity.
- Support the ongoing development of Project Operations, Field Service, Sales and related D365 capabilities.

What we’re looking for
- At least five years’ experience in a Dynamics 365 CE functional role.
- Strong experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Field Service.
- Experience working with Dual Write between D365 CE and Finance & Operations.
- Broad understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, Field Service and F&O.
- Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management experience.
- Able to produce user stories, functional design documentation and business-process maps.
- Experience translating business needs into practical D365 functionality.
- Comfortable leading testing and user training.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications.
- Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services.
- Power Apps / wider Power Platform capability.
- Azure awareness.
- Automation, Copilot and AI within Dynamics 365.
- Automated regression testing tools, particularly Leapwork.
- Construction, energy or similarly operational environments.
