Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Visionet is seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM transformation solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping Dynamics 365 CE implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Define and own the overall architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Process Mapping: Lead workshops to capture business requirements and design end-to-end CRM processes.
- PreSales Engagement: Deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Project Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in CRM rollouts, integrations, and migrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, DevOps methodology, and Microsoft’s Business Process Catalogue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications: Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights, & Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience of CRM architecture principles, solution design, configuration & customization.
- Experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and third-party applications.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Dataverse.
- Experience with CRM data migration strategies, security roles, workflows, business process flows, and automation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead client workshops, architecture discussions, and technical presentations.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in CRM consulting, solution design & enterprise application delivery.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.
- Strong track record delivering CRM solutions focused on customer experience improvement, automation, and business process optimization.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience supporting Presales activities including demonstrations, proposals, and solution workshops.
