Job Opportunity: Dynamics 365 CE Support Specialist

Location: Remote, UK

About the Role

As a D365 CE Support Specialist, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring customers maximize the potential of their Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving technical incidents and troubleshooting complex system issues.
  • Providing expert advice on system configurations, best practices, and optimizations.
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams to handle advanced issues.
  • Documenting issues and solutions to enhance knowledge-sharing processes.
  • Supporting clients across various industries, ensuring a smooth user experience.

What We’re Looking For

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy focusing on D365 CE.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service).
  • Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach and experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
