About the Role
As a D365 CE Support Specialist, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring customers maximize the potential of their Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving technical incidents and troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Providing expert advice on system configurations, best practices, and optimizations.
- Collaborating with internal technical teams to handle advanced issues.
- Documenting issues and solutions to enhance knowledge-sharing processes.
- Supporting clients across various industries, ensuring a smooth user experience.

What We’re Looking For
Our client is looking for someone with:
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy focusing on D365 CE.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service).
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment.
