We're looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support a confidential client on a contract basis.
Our client has a number of new D365 CE projects about to start and needs additional hands-on support to help deliver them. This is a remote contract for an initial 3–6 months. It would suit someone who is just as comfortable running a requirements workshop as they are building and configuring the solution themselves.

You'll join a busy project team and work across both the functional and technical sides of delivery. Work will span new implementations, enhancements, process improvements and integrations across Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Running workshops with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements
- Translating requirements into functional and technical D365 CE solutions
- Configuring Dynamics 365 CE, including entities, forms, views, business rules and security roles
- Building and extending solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse
- Developing customisations such as JavaScript, plug-ins and custom workflows where needed
- Supporting integrations with third-party and internal systems
- Producing functional and technical documentation, user stories and process maps
- Managing solutions and deployments across environments, following good ALM practice
- Working closely with developers, testers, architects and project managers
- Supporting UAT, training and go-live activities
- Advising on best practice across D365 CE and the Power Platform

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
