Role: D365 Configurator
Location: London
Salary: £60,000
Days of the week in the office: 1-2 days
My client is looking for a D365 configurator to join a growing technology team where you'll work closely with business stakeholders to configure and optimise Dynamics 365, helping drive process improvements and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Experience/responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 functionality to support evolving business processes and operational requirements
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand ways of working and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Translate business requirements into practical Dynamics solutions that deliver measurable value
- Work collaboratively with wider technology teams including developers and Power Platform specialists to support integrated solutions
- Act as a trusted partner to the business by simplifying technical concepts and ensuring solutions are easy to understand and adopt
