Role: D365 CRM Senior Technical Architect
Location: London
Duration: 1 year
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days per week work from office
Pay: 500 GBP per day (Inside IR 35)
Working conditions: Travel to customer site will be required
The Role
Technical developer Role requires strong knowledge in Dynamics CRM 2016, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements and propose technical fitment and solutioning
- Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps
- Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration
- Providing guidance to development team and testing team on overall solution.
- Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system
- Review of code and review of functional test cases
- Complete Ownership of technical solutioning and Design

Your Profile
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation, Field Service Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service management functionality.
- Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations, and Power Platform development
- Extremely sound in Azure services, core.NET technology, Power Platform, and related areas – Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, SQL Server
- Sound in Architecture / Design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies
- Expert in deployment aspects both manual and automated
- Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a deep understanding of its various modules such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.
- Experience of working in onsite-offshore model
- Experience of preparing Knowledge based articles and standard operating procedures
- Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow
- Excellent communication
- Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration
- Experience of working as CRM technical Architect for at least 3 projects
