Your Profile
Key skills/experience:
- Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation, Field Service Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service management functionality.
- Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations, and Power Platform development
- Extremely sound in Azure services, core.NET technology, Power Platform, and related areas – Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, SQL Server
- Sound in Architecture / Design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies
- Expert in deployment aspects both manual and automated
- Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a deep understanding of its various modules such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) would be a plus.
