🚀 Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Technical Specialist
📍 Cardiff / Hybrid
💰 Up to £45,000
📄 Fixed-term contract
🌴 35 days annual leave
I’m currently working on an opportunity with a large UK organisation looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Technical Specialist to join its professional IT service delivery team.
This is a great opportunity to work within a large, complex Microsoft technology environment, taking ownership of the development, support and continuous improvement of business-critical Dynamics 365 solutions.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Developing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Working with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Owning technical specifications and solution design
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Working across Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs and integrations
- Supporting technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners
- Contributing to technical standards, documentation and service improvement
- Monitoring system performance, availability, security and service levels

- Experience supporting large-scale IT systems
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management
- Technical design and documentation experience
- Experience with service management, incidents and problem resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to projects
