About the Role
Working as part of our IT team, you'll design, develop and support solutions across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver high-quality customisations, integrations and enhancements that support our continued growth.
Alongside project delivery, you'll also play an important role in supporting our D365 environment, helping to ensure our business-critical applications remain reliable, secure and fit for the future.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and maintain D365 F&O customisations, extensions and integrations.
- Support D365 Commerce POS and related business applications.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support system upgrades, releases and application support.
- Create technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.

About You
You'll have proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions and enjoy solving complex technical challenges.
You'll also have:
- Strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS) and SQL Server.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications and retail industry experience would be advantageous.
