About the Opportunity:

A small, dynamic law firm based in London is looking to appoint a skilled D365 Developer to join their team. This is an exciting chance to implement and develop their Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) platform, with potential for a long-term role.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CRM and CE solutions, focusing on workflow management, automation, and customized solutions.
  • Take ownership of ongoing development, design, and support of the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions.
  • Work alongside a consultancy initially, then transition to full ownership of the system.
  • Improve and optimize workflows to streamline internal processes, client interactions, and case management, enhancing efficiency, automating routine activities, and improving user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM & Customer Engagement modules.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, particularly how to automate and optimize business processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented developer.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience working within legal or professional services environments is a bonus.
