D365 Team Leader for a Charity
We are looking for a D365 Team Leader for a charity to lead the technical development and configuration of their core Microsoft-based platforms.
The company is heavily invested in development with a lot of supportive resources in place. They are looking for someone to come in with excellent knowledge about D365/Power Platform, who can use this knowledge to help line manage a team of 4 and provide technical direction.
Salary: Up to £57k per annum

Essential Experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Coaching/mentoring experience.
- Experience designing and supporting Azure integration solutions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers.

Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS and COTS platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and automation practices.
- Background in digital transformation, product delivery, or enterprise technology environments.
