D365 ERP Project Manager

Location: London – 3 days per week onsite
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £525–£550 per day, Outside IR35

The Opportunity

A retail organisation is moving from a legacy Microsoft Dynamics AX platform to Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.

The requirements have already been established and an implementation partner is in place. They now need an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to represent the business, work closely with the SI and keep the programme moving in the right direction.

The Role

Acting as the link between the internal business teams and the implementation partner, you will provide day-to-day ownership of the project and ensure the solution is delivered smoothly. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage entirely from a distance. You will need to get into the detail, resolve issues and take responsibility for driving progress.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
