Finance Business Analyst - D365 Finance / P2P
£550 per day | Initial 3 months | ASAP start
We are looking for a strong Finance Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience to support a major P2P transformation programme.
The business is preparing to implement ZIP as its new P2P platform and wants to bring a BA in ahead of the formal implementation to get the organisation ready.
The initial focus will be working with Finance, AP and wider business stakeholders to review the current D365 P2P processes, understand what is and is not working, gather requirements and map out the future-state process before formal design workshops begin.
You will also be involved in:
- AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Finance and P2P process analysis
- Data cleansing and migration preparation
- Data mapping into implementation templates
- Supporting solution design
- SIT, UAT and wider testing activity
- Working closely with the project lead and implementation team

This is a hands-on BA role and would suit someone comfortable operating across process, data, stakeholders and testing rather than purely producing documentation.
Experience required
- Strong Finance Business Analyst experience
- Good Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / D365FO knowledge
- Strong understanding of Finance processes
- Good P2P / Procure-to-Pay / Accounts Payable knowledge
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- Experience supporting data migration and testing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- ZIP experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
