D365 F&O Business Analyst
Working with a global organisation going through a major Western Europe digital transformation programme.
They’re moving towards a more standardised technology platform across multiple countries, with D365 F&O at the centre of the ERP transformation.
They’re looking for a technically minded Senior Business Analyst who can get involved, challenge ideas and help drive the programme forward.
The Role
- Work across D365 F&O, focusing on Order Management, Finance and SCM
- Gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Work closely with business process owners, technical teams and suppliers
- Support integrations, ISVs and wider Microsoft technologies
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI and Power Platform
- Own gap analysis, process improvement, user stories and functional designs
- Support Agile delivery, testing and implementation
- Help shape a multi-year transformation programme across Europe

What They're Looking For
- Strong Business Analysis experience within ERP environments
- Hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience preferred
- Good understanding of integrations, ISVs and the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience across Finance, Order Management and/or Supply Chain
- Logistics/3PL experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging existing processes
- Self-starter who can take ownership rather than simply take notes
- Experience with Power Platform, automation or AI is a bonus
