Overview
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect to support the design of a major enterprise services transformation programme.
This is an urgent, initially solution-focused engagement requiring someone who can quickly understand the business landscape, shape the D365 F&O architecture, and contribute to a customer-facing solution proposition.
The proposed architecture will use D365 F&O as a billing engine, integrated with Salesforce CRM and AWS-based middleware. Successful delivery of the initial solution phase could lead to a broader implementation programme and further D365 F&O requirements.
💥 What you’ll own
- Lead the D365 F&O solution architecture for the proposed transformation programme.
- Define how D365 F&O can operate as the core billing engine within the wider enterprise architecture.
- Design integration patterns between D365 F&O, Salesforce CRM, and AWS middleware.
- Translate business and functional requirements into a scalable D365 F&O solution design.
- Identify relevant D365 F&O capabilities, configuration requirements, integrations, and potential customisation.
- Work alongside Salesforce, AWS, integration, and business specialists to develop the end-to-end solution.
- Contribute to architecture diagrams, solution documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Support the development of the overall solution proposition and customer presentation.
- Provide architectural guidance based on previous end-to-end D365 F&O implementation experience.
- Help shape the implementation approach should the programme progress into delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
