Are you an experienced D365 F&O Support Consultant looking to take the next step in your career with a leading Microsoft Partner?

We're working with a growing Microsoft Partner that is expanding its D365 practice and is looking for a customer-focused consultant to provide functional support across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, develop your consulting skills and become part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality solutions for customers.

As a D365 F&O Support Consultant, you'll provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support, helping clients resolve issues and maximise the value of their Dynamics 365 investment.

You'll work closely with clients, consultants and developers to investigate problems, deliver solutions and support ongoing improvements across D365 F&O environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Finance, Supply Chain and related modules.
  • Work closely with customers to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams where required.
  • Support Microsoft One Version updates, testing and release management activities.
  • Assist with system enhancements, improvements and optimisation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

You'll be an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Support Consultant with a passion for problem-solving and helping customers get the most from their technology.

You'll ideally have:

  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong functional knowledge across D365 F&O modules such as Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong analytical abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional teams.

Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.
