Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Trainer
Hybrid - Windsor (1 Day Per Week Onsite)
£415 Per Day Inside IR35
6-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Trainer to support the successful adoption of D365 F&O across Finance teams within a large-scale transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a training professional with strong D365 F&O and Finance process knowledge who enjoys delivering engaging training programmes, developing learning materials, and driving business readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver D365 F&O end-user training programmes
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual and classroom-based training sessions
- Create and maintain User Guides, SOPs, Quick Reference Guides, Training Presentations, Process Maps, Knowledge Articles, Learning Materials
- Deliver role-based training across: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
- Support train-the-trainer initiatives
- Assist with UAT preparation and execution
- Drive business readiness and user adoption activities
- Support go-live and hypercare periods

Required Experience
- 3-5+ years delivering ERP or D365 training programmes
- Strong experience within D365 Finance & Operations environments
- Good understanding of Finance business processes
- Experience creating training materials and user documentation
- Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

- Change management and adoption activities
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
