Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Power Platform)

Salary: £50,000

Location: UK-based, Remote (with occasional travel)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to support the delivery of CRM solutions for a range of clients.

Working as part of a collaborative consulting team, you'll assist in gathering requirements, configuring Dynamics 365, building Power Platform solutions, and supporting clients throughout implementation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving business challenges, and developing their consulting skills within a Microsoft Partner environment.

Working Arrangements

This is a home-based role with standard UK working hours. Occasional UK travel will be required for client workshops, project meetings, training, and team events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Assist with system testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
  • Deliver user demonstrations and end-user training.
  • Provide post-go-live support and assist with issue resolution.
  • Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful projects.
  • Produce clear project documentation and maintain solution quality.
  • Stay up to date with new Microsoft features and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 configuration.
  • Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage your workload and prioritise tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of integrations and data migration.
  • Microsoft PL-900 certification or working towards PL-200 or MB-210.
