We’re currently recruiting for an experienced D365 F&SCM Supply Chain Functional Consultant to join a major FMCG transformation programme.

This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, multi-country Dynamics 365 rollout, supporting the transformation of complex, high-volume supply chain operations.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Designing D365 Supply Chain solutions for complex FMCG operations
  • Gathering requirements from Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse and Operations teams
  • Leading workshops, demonstrations and solution design sessions
  • Configuring D365 F&SCM and conducting fit-gap analysis
  • Supporting inventory, procurement, WMS, TMS and cost management processes
  • Working across data migration, integrations and functional design
  • Supporting FAT/UAT, testing and end-user training
  • Working with business and technical teams across multiple countries
  • Ensuring solutions follow D365 best practice and are scalable across the wider organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
