D365 Integration Consultant
Positions: Junior / Mid-Level / Senior
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
About the Role
We are looking for D365 Integration Consultants at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to design, develop, and support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external applications using modern integration tools and technologies.
The ideal candidates will have experience with D365 data, Azure Integration Services, OData, SSIS, Dual Write, and related integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between D365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, and external systems.
- Work with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Develop and consume OData APIs for data exchange and integration.
- Build and maintain SSIS packages for data migration, transformation, and integration.
- Configure and support Dual Write between D365 Finance & Operations and Dataverse.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data synchronization issues, and performance problems.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration mappings, and support procedures.
- Follow best practices for data security, error handling, monitoring, and integration performance.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration experience.
- Knowledge of D365 data entities, Dataverse, and integration patterns.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Azure Integration Services
- OData / REST APIs
- SSIS
- Dual Write
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Senior-Level Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end D365 integration architecture and implementation.
- Design scalable and secure integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants.
- Review integration designs, code, and technical documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex integration and data synchronization issues.
- Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders to define integration strategies.
Additional Skills
- Strong experience with D365 Finance & Operations integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Integration Services, OData, SSIS, and Dual Write.
- Experience with integration architecture, performance optimization, and monitoring.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and integration projects.
Mid-Level Consultant
Experience: 4–8 Years
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain D365 integrations with external applications.
- Work with OData, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and Dual Write.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support production environments.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and functional teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and support integration testing.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with D365 integrations.
- Working knowledge of Azure Integration Services and OData.
- Experience with SSIS, Dual Write, or similar integration tools.
- Understanding of APIs, data entities, and integration workflows.

Junior Consultant
Experience: 1–4 Years
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and supporting D365 integrations.
- Work with senior consultants on OData, SSIS, Azure Integration Services, and Dual Write.
- Assist with data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor integration jobs and help resolve basic integration errors.
- Prepare technical documentation and support integration activities.
- Learn and apply D365 integration best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, or ETL concepts.
- Basic exposure to OData, SSIS, Azure, or Dataverse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with integration technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or Power Automate.
- Experience with SQL Server and data migration.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
