The Role

We are seeking a D365 Functional Consultant who lives at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. This isn't just about "system config"—it’s about understanding the modern marketer’s DNA and translating business goals into high-performing, automated customer journeys.
You will be our internal authority on Dynamics 365 Customer Journey Insights, responsible for ensuring our marketing function isn't just using the tool, but mastering it to drive measurable ROI. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level business context and deep technical configuration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Marketing team to understand business objectives, customer personas, and conversion goals, translating these into technical roadmaps within D365.
  • Deep Configuration: Execute end-to-end setup and optimization of D365 Customer Journey Insights, including real-time orchestration, segment building, and trigger-based journeys.
  • Data Synthesis: Configure and manage data profiles, ensuring a unified customer view by ingesting and modeling data from various touchpoints.
  • Marketing Enablement: Act as a "Marketing Technologist," advising the team on how to leverage AI-driven insights, A/B testing, and personalization features to maximize engagement.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex functional issues within the D365 marketing ecosystem and manage integration points with the broader Power Platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
