Dynamics 365 Platform Lead
Our client is investing in the next phase of their digital transformation journey and is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to play a key role in shaping and evolving their Microsoft technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a business-critical platform.
As a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead within our Technology Services function, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, technical architecture, and ongoing development of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate.
Details
- Salary: Up to £76,000 with a £6,000 London supplement if you are based out of that office
- Location: London or Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Essential skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including Dataverse, solution management, security models, and integration approaches.
- Proven track record of designing CRM platforms that support strategic business outcomes at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, plugins, and Azure-based integration services.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks, DevOps practices, and ALM processes across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Knowledge of Azure services commonly used alongside Dynamics 365, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading internal technical teams and coordinating third-party suppliers or delivery partners.

Desirable
- Previous experience working within housing, local government, public sector, or similarly regulated environments.
- Understanding of customer experience and digital engagement technologies.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, and data platform technologies, including Power BI.
