The role
As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Engineer, you'll deliver expert support across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform, resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and driving service improvements. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of customer solutions within the managed service scope, while delivering excellent outcomes, contributing to SLA achievement, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
What will I be doing?
- Deliver expert support and technical guidance across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related technologies, ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, taking ownership of technical escalations and high-impact issues while maintaining clear customer communication.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of customer solutions within agreed managed service and change processes.
- Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, documentation, knowledge sharing, and review of complex investigations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, participating in service reviews, technical handovers, and customer meetings to ensure successful outcomes.

What will I bring to the role?

- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions in live customer environments.
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, and Field Service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate, including flows, integrations, and platform administration.
- Good understanding of Dataverse security, governance, licensing, environment strategy, and best practices for data protection.
- Experience with solution management and application lifecycle management (ALM), including deployments, pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to mentor engineers, contribute to technical standards and documentation, and support continuous improvement across the team.
- Must be eligible for HMG Security Clearance.
