Role: D365 SCM Functional Consultant
Rate: £650-£700 (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid - 2 days on site in Central London
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
I'm looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to support the delivery and ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
Working alongside the Lead Specialist, you'll help translate business requirements into effective system solutions, support testing and training activities, and drive successful user adoption across the business.
You'll play a key role in improving end-to-end operational processes including asset management, procurement, inventory, warehousing, planning, and product management.

What you'll be doing
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Configure D365 SCM solutions and support the full solution lifecycle.
- Lead testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect management, and business sign-off.
- Create training materials and deliver user training sessions.
- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition into BAU support.
- Maintain clear process, configuration, and training documentation.

What you'll bring
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, planning, and asset management.
- Experience supporting or delivering 2-3+ D365 implementations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
