About the Role
You'll have real ownership, visibility and influence from day one, working across long-term, end-to-end enterprise projects rather than short-term engagements or isolated workstreams. You'll be involved throughout the full delivery lifecycle, helping shape solutions from initial architecture and design through to implementation, optimisation and ongoing innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to deployment and support.
- Design and oversee integrations between D365, third-party applications, Azure services, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned to business objectives.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and development standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical workshops where required.
- Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Technical Consultant.
- Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a particular focus on: Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Power Pages (Portals) solutions, including external-facing customer, partner, or citizen services.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using Azure services, APIs, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
- Strong development background with C#,.NET, JavaScript and related Microsoft technologies.
- Experience leading architecture decisions across complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
