Role Description

The D365 Test Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements, including functional, integration, and regression testing. The test analyst will analyze requirements, identify test conditions, prepare test data, and document defects clearly for development and project teams. Daily responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in testing practices, with skills in Testing and Manual Testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Test Execution and Test Management for ERP or D365 projects.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting requirements, identifying defects, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CE, or related modules) and understanding of ERP business processes.
  • Familiarity with test tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps, test case management tools, or automation frameworks) is beneficial.
  • Ability to produce clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, structured work approach, and commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
