D365 Finance & Operations BA/QA
Hybrid - Windsor (1 Day Per Week Onsite)
£415 Per Day Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations BA/QA to join a major Finance transformation programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful testing, validation and business acceptance of Finance processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Working closely with Finance stakeholders, Functional Consultants, Developers and Project teams, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing, UAT coordination, defect management and quality assurance activities across the D365 F&O landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end Finance test scenarios
- Perform SIT, UAT and Regression Testing activities
- Validate Finance processes including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Financial Reporting
- Coordinate UAT activities with business users and stakeholders
- Prepare test plans, test cases, scripts and defect logs
- Manage defects through Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Support go-live and post-deployment validation activities
Required Experience
- 5+ years' software testing experience
- 3+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and accounting principles
- Experience managing SIT, UAT and Regression Testing cycles
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business-facing skills
- Experience producing testing and process documentation
- Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools experience

Desirable Experience
- D365 F&O implementation or transformation programmes
- Data migration validation and integration testing
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- RSAT or other test automation tools
